Orthopaedic mattress Email answered

I purchased one of your orthopaedic mattresses about 5 years ago. I know, I’m almost positive, it wasn’t directly from you. Due to health problems and disability I’m having to claim through my contents insurance for all new bedding and a mattress. Would you have had a mattress that was a pale cream damask? If so how much, approximately, would a king size orthopaedic mattress have been? Where would the label be? I’m not able to look, due to my disability, for it and the Insurance Company, understandably, want to see it. Would you be able to email me a photograph of a label or any other assistance you can offer?
