Delivery/collection
Nearer the time do you give an actual delivery time slot? I have to be in hospital every day for dialysis. Also do you collect old mattress? There is literally no space to fit in the new mattress as well as the Old in my home.

Thank you for your question.
Once our Delivery Company have planned their routes, they to do send to you a delivery date. On the morning of delivery, they will then contact you to give an estimated time of arrival. However these time slots can change should they run into problems with hold ups on the motorways etc. If they are going to be later than advised, they will contact you again to keep you updated.
We do not offer the service of taking away old mattresses but our Delivery Company do offer this service and this is something that you would need to discuss with them when they contact you with a delivery date. They do make a charge for taking away the old mattress and again you would need to discuss this with them.
