Bad back pain. Which mattress is suitable?
Hi can you help me buying a mattress from you. I am here in uk for 4 years and since then I have back body pain only when I am in bed. I don’t know what is the reason. While in bed it i have severe pain on both sides of the spine and from around middle of the body to the lower. The pain will go as soon as I got up from bed. I am 90 kg and my wife is 55 kg. Can you suggest me what to do?
I really need a guidance. I cant tolerate this pain anymore…. Paul .

Thank you for your enquiry on our website. From what you say it really does indicate that it is your mattress that is causing you discomfort. I wonder though if your wife is feeling the same discomfort as you? You do not give any details on the mattress you currently have so it may be difficult to pinpoint your problem.

From your body weights, your wife would need a soft spring tension and you would need a medium. Spring tension is based solely on an individuals body weight to determine the correct level of support. Upholstery is then down to personal preferences and sleeping habits.
