As you are no doubt aware, the published details of the construction and upholstery used in the Relyon Kensington are vague and do not provide specifics in terms of the GSM (grams per square metre) of the fibres used in the upholstery. The only specific detail provided is that it has a double layer of pocketed springs. This makes any form of comparison against any of our products practically impossible. Certainly, the Artisan Naturals does have 85% naturals upholstery layers the full details of which are provided here, but it does not have the double layer of springs.

The only mattresses in the Artisan range, which compares in terms of the double spring layer is the Artisan Tailored Pocket 2000 which has the same upholstery layers as the Artisan Naturals and the  Artisan Bespoke 002, but that is the only similarity.

We are internet based only and do not have a show room where the products can be tried. However, we do provide a 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee on all our products, including those from our outlet section. This should not be viewed as a “try before you buy” option as we endeavour to match the customer to the product and in 96% of cases we get this spot on, which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.

I am not able to comment upon how any of our products or those of our competitors will feel for you without knowledge of your body weight(s) and preferred feel. The springs in the mattress are there to support you and that support is dictated by body weight.  The top upholstery layers are what give you the comfort.
