I am sorry to hear of your husband’s hip problem. At just under 12st your husband falls within the medium tension range, however, although you have advised your neck and back issue, you have not advised your body weight, which I would need to make an accurate recommendation. In addition, your budget may affect the choice available to you.

With that being said I would recommend looking at a medium feel model as anything too firm will worsen your husbands aches and pains. Also the natural fibres contained in our Artisan range will eliminate his overheating problems as natural fibres do not retain heat in the same way that synthetics do.
