Bespoke zip and link mattress size
Hi,
We are interested in a 1500 pocket sprung zip and link mattress in a bespoke size for a pair of antique wooden French beds for our small B&B. Ideally, we need them to be 1950mm wide x 1900mm long, so each one 975mm x 1900mm long. They will sit on top of the bed frames/slats that are flush with the top, that are each 990mm wide with a 10mm gap when joined. Therefore I would say we could go with a final finished size of between 950mm minimum and 990mm maximum reach, or joined between 1900mm minimum and 1980mm wide maximum. How much will these cost us with your best price, and how long will it take to make and deliver?

Thanks for your question.
We can do bespoke size mattresses in our Artisan range only. These are traditional pocket sprung mattresses constructed with natural fillings. Those fillings tend to last longer as standard over synthetic fillings but they also provide a cool sleep surface.
You would need to pay an additional 20% on the cost of a standard Super King Size Zip and Link mattress. Please also note that as these are non-standard sizes there is no 60 day love it or return it guarantee as we have limited resale ability.
We would need to know body weights in order to discuss suitable spring tension and suitability of models;

To give an indication of price, our starter model is the Artisan 1500. This has a medium upholstery but the firmer side of medium. The total cost here would be £1,650.00. Standard cost for a Super King Size Zip and Link is £1375.00, the additional 20% is £275.00 = £1,650.00.
Please note that we can sell to you in France but we don’t ship outside of the UK so the onward shipping will need to be arranged by you at your own expense.
