With your particular body weights I would say that a medium spring tension would be suitable, however, without knowledge of your preferred feel, sleeping habits and budget, it is difficult to make a specific recommendation.

Having said that, I would suggest that you view the Origins Pocket 1500, which has synthetic upholstery and provides an overall medium feel or if your budget permits, the Artisan Naturals, Artisan Bespoke 004 or the Artisan Tailored Pocket 2000, all of which have natural upholstery and can be made with a medium spring tension.
