How best to care for my new John Ryan latex mattress?
I’ve just bought a John Ryan latex mattress. How often does it need to be turned? And is it possible to use an electric blanket on very low for a short time without damaging the topper?

Thank you for your question.
The best way to care for any type of mattress, particularly if it is double sided product, is to turn and or rotate it at least once a month for the first year then once every two – three months from there on out. There is more information about care and maintenance here.
As far as the use of an electric blanket is concerned, it is fine, you just need to be aware that it will soften the latex, so make sure you turn it off at least 30 minutes before retiring. Long term or continuous use may be detrimental.
