Care of Artisan Naturals mattress
Hi I’d just like to clarify the best way of caring for our Artisan Naturals mattress. Once per month do we both turn and rotate, or just turn, then rotate next time?

Thank you for your enquiry.
All our double sided mattresses, including the Artisan Naturals, should be turned or rotated at least once a month for the first twelve months and regularly thereafter. You should turn one month and rotate the next and in addition, you should use a good quality mattress protector.
