The Vi Spring Elite is a mattress we think is a model suitable for people of a very light weight. The overall construction of this particular mattress is predominantly wool based – Soft and comforting but with little in the way of anything that can be deemed to be supportive. The official description of The Elite is as follows: Upholstered with 1,350gsm bonded British fleece wool and cotton. Overlaid with two layers of 900gsm blended British fleece wool and cotton. This gives you a total upholstery GSM of 3150 GSM. Quite a substantial overall amount and for a typical retail price of around £1315 (Furniture Village: 2018, Kingsize mattress) is not overly expensive.

Our Artisan Naturals is describes as the ‘true medium’ of the Artisan range. The naturals is our most popular, unbeatable model with 85% natural fibres. This medium feel hand crafted mattress is where we stake our reputation as ‘The Mattress Specialists’. A King Size Artisan Natural mattress will cost you £1235.00. The closest comparison that we can make to the Naturals is the Vi Spring Regal superb.

This mattress is suitable to be placed on any of our bases.

The Artisan base has the option for Pocket springs or Bonnel coil, in theory both options do the same job but pocket springs is the more superior option. Placing a mattress on this base will soften up the overall feel of the mattress slightly.

The contemporary platform divan bases offer a solid wood frame divan base suitable for all Latex and Hybrid mattresses. Placing a mattress on top of this base will firm up the overall feel of the mattress slightly.

All of the models in the Artisan range can be paired with either a soft, medium or firm spring tension. The correct spring tension is determined by the individuals body weights.
