Hi Dayle,

A continuous spring is one where the whole sprung area consists of one piece of spring wire formed into a sheet of springs connected to each other.

These are not contained in any form of pocket and are liable to be over flexible and not provide a great deal of support.

The comfort of this such a mattress is the memory foam, but this is notorious for heat retention and if you sleep hot, I would not recommend this for you.
