Our online Outlet is where we resell products that have been returned to us under the John Ryan 60 day love it or return it guarantee. Once the product is returned to us it is inspected and graded using the grading system shown in the table below;

Grade	Discount	Description
B	20%	Will have been used by a customer and returned under the 60 night love it or return it guarantee, it may have a few marks from transit and courier handling.
C	40%	Will have been used by a customer and returned under the 60 night love it or return it guarantee, it will have quite a few marks and could even have a small tear, nothing detrimental to the life or use of the mattress.

This is a brilliant option for individuals on a budget as you can purchase luxury products at a discounted price.
When ordering from our Outlet there is an estimated two week turn around for delivery to yourself.
