Do I have any choice regarding delivery dates?

Thank you for your question.  After you have placed an order with us, one of our friendly team will give you a call to check all the details of the products you have purchased and that the details of your shipping address and contact numbers are correct.  Once everything is confirmed your order will then be processed.
 

 
When we receive your order back from production, the courier company will contact you with a proposed delivery date, which is usually via text message. As all of our products are handmade to order this can be between 3 and 5 weeks depending on which of our products you require.  Our Origins products are sent for production Monday lunchtime and the turn around time is approximately 3 weeks.  All other products form the Artisan, Hybrid, Fusion and Bases (except the Origins) go to production Thursday lunchtime an will be with you in approximately 4 weeks from the first Thursday following your order.  If this date is convenient please reply yes to the message to confirm with the courier that you are available on that date, as they will not deliver without confirmation.  If the purposed date is not convenient you can call the courier company directly to arrange something that is more suitable.
