Do you do european or Ikea sizes?
I’m feeling a bit left out now – my question posted on 3rd Jan seems to have gone unanswered (as does the follow up email with a bit more info). Here is a copy of my earlier post: “can you tell me if you are planning to expand into supplying european/continental size mattresses to suit beds sold by Ikea and habitat etc?
I have been impressed with what I have seen on your site and was considering changing my wooden bedstead for a divan in standard king size until reading your article about divans being a short term option. Now I am looking for a quality mattress for my existing bed..” I made the mistake of replacing a poor ikea mattress with a foam/memory foam one thinking it would help my lower back problems – big mistake!
A few suppliers seem to be stocking these ‘odd’ sizes in traditional springs/” title=”pocket spring”>pocket spring or open coil construction, so any chance of letting me know if you would be able to source a ‘euro king size” (5’3X6’6) mattress in a medium tension . Thanks in advance .Darren

Very sorry that the initial reply and post seems to have gone missing.
We can do bespoke sizes in our Artisan range of products. There is an additional charge of 10% per additional 6 inches. Please also note that as it’s a non-standard size these items don’t have our standard 60 day love it or return it guarantee.
We have 7 different models in our Artisan range with 7 different feels.
We would need to know your body weights, sleeping habits and preferred feel in the top layers to discuss suitable models.

Every pocket sprung mattress has 2 elements to it; The spring tension that is determined by body weight and then the fillings sitting atop those springs that give the “comfort””.
