Double firm mattress recommendation

Thanks for getting in touch and providing such detail. This should help us give you two recommendations.

The first based on your weight and firmness would be our Origins Reflex which can be seen here. This is a two-sided mattress from our excellent entry level Origins range.

If you’re looking for natural fibres and a calico encased pocket spring please look at our Artisan Bespoke mattress in a medium spring tension. This will still feel firm at your weights, spring tensions are dictated by your weight which we would put you on a medium spring. This would still feel firm for you and your partner. The common mistake is to choose a firm spring which makes the mattress unusable as you’re simply resting on top of it rather than it giving as required.  If you want to learn more about spring tensions we have a super detailed article here to assist.
