Equivalent mattress to sealy posturepedic 2000 pocket sprung

Hi. We currently have a Sealy cascade posturepedic 2000 pocket sprung double mattress. It has had its life now but we have loved this mattress as we get on with the firm support of it. We are interseted in your Origin Pocket 1500 or 2000 king size mattress which fits our budget. I am 11 stone and my wife is 10 stone and I know you recomend the Origins 1500 medium support for our weight, although as I say we are used to a firmer support. What would you advise us to go for? Is the 1500 on the softer or firmer side of medium and how firm is the 2000? Many thanks. Dan

Hi Dan,

With your body weights we would normally recommend the Origins Pocket 1500, which would provide a medium feel in the upholstery, however, I note that you both prefer a firmer feel. In that case, the Origins Pocket 1500 ought to be selected and the tension should be selected as firm. In this instance, we will then place an order for the 2000 spring version.

Notwithstanding your preference, I am not aware of how long you have had your current product and so would suggest that prior to placing your order, you call our office 0161 437 4419  to provide this information and obtain specific advice as to suitability. I trust that this helps.
