firm mattress like a holiday inn mattress
Last week we stayed in the Hull Holiday Inn and slept very comfortably on their firm mattress. At home we have 2 single made to measure Harrison 1522 Rhapsody mattresses which lie side by side on 4′ 6″ bed which we have had for some years and have been very pleased with. Sadly they now need replacing. So we are looking to purchase a similar combination if possible?

Although you have advised that you like to sleep on a firm mattress, you have not advised your body weights, which makes a specific recommendation impossible.
Your sleeping habits/personal preference will then determine how you would like the mattress to feel in the comfort layers. This is where you will achieve the feel you are looking for (soft/medium/firm). Do you know if you have a preference for a soft, medium or firm?
If you do not, I would advise to go out and try the;

We can supply zip and link mattresses, however, these are only available in king size (5ft) and above and cannot be made by us to the size you refer. In addition, it is not possible for me to advise which of our products is comparable to your current Harrison mattresses because they do not publish specific details of construction and upholstery in terms of GSM (grams per square metre).
