How long does mattress delivery take?

Hi, I like the Fusion mattress in your latex bed range. If I bought it now how long would it take the delivery?

Hi Gabriella,

Thanks for asking about our delivery times and costs.We do not charge for any UK deliveries or Returns unless the order is under £200 in value which will have a £50 shipping charge. It’s a frequently asked question and here are all the details you may require!

Delivery areas for our mattresses – We deliver to UK mainland only under our free delivery. Deliveries will be pre-arranged by phone with a time slot between 0800 – 20.00 Monday – Friday. You will also be called on the day of delivery. Please ensure you give us as many contact numbers as possible when placing your order so that our delivery team can get in touch if need be.

Delivery outside the UK – We deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for a small additional charge.

Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey- two-man home delivery to a room of your choice. We will unpack but not assemble at these locations but do remove all packaging. They incur a £75 delivery charge.

Isle of Wight: Incurs a £55 delivery charge a two-man home delivery to a room of your choice. We will unpack but not assemble at these locations but do remove all packaging.

Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland: incur a £75 delivery charge and it is a front door delivery at this time.

If you need to return or exchange an item from the area listed above then the same fees apply to send the items back to us and have them redelivered. If in doubt please give us a call or live chat to discuss return processes.

At present, we don’t ship or deliver worldwide. We can deliver your goods to a UK port of choice where you can arrange onwards delivery for your mattress. If you need to use the 60 day love it or return it guarantee, then you would need to get the mattress back to us at your own cost again please contact us.

Special access requirements for our beds – Please advise us at the point of order of any special requirements eg delivery to a loft conversion, flats or apartments without adequate lifts, limited stairwell access, narrow lanes to your property, inadequate parking for the delivery vans etc. If goods are returned back to us due to inadequate access we reserve the right to make a charge of £70 to cover the failed delivery.

Bear in mind that no matter how well laid out the plans are sometimes things go wrong! Bad traffic conditions are usually the culprit and at times delivery may have to be postponed. Although this is rare it is advisable you do not completely remove your current bed until you have received your order.
Our products all take around 4 weeks from order to delivery as they are all handmade for each customer. Our outlet models are usually available sooner and you can view these here.
