Hi Max,

Whilst your body weight is important in deciding which mattress to purchase, so is preferred feel. Each of the mattress types you refer to can be used on a slatted base, provided that some form of barrier is placed over the slats to prevent ridging occurring as a result of the mattress dipping into the gaps between the slats.

Artisan Bespoke 004 mattress

With your body weight I would recommend a medium spring tension in respect of a pocket sprung product and a medium feel in respect of a hybrid foam product. Please view the Artisan Naturals, Bespoke 004 or Bespoke, all of which are pocket sprung. Alternatively, have a look at the Hybrid 4 which is accompanied by a topper to provide that extra comfort.

Once you have viewed these products, please call our office on 0161 437 4419 for more specific advice as to suitability. I trust that this helps.

Kind Regards,
