Your body weight dictates that you should opt for a medium spring tension.

The Artisan Bespoke 004 is a 100% Natural Fibre Medium feel mattress. Hand Crafted containing layer upon layer of natural fibres including Bamboo, Wool, Horsetail and British Fleece Wool. This model is slightly softer than the Artisan Naturals which we describe as the ‘true medium’ of the Artisan range.
The closest comparable model we can find to this Artisan Bespoke 004 is The Vi-Spring Regal Superb. There are of course a few minor differences between the two.
