Origins latex or Artisan Natural, 8 & 12st like a firmer feel?
Hi, I can’t decide between Origin latex or your Artisan Natural. We like the firm feel with good edge support. I am 12 st, the wife is 8 st. Our current is spring with memory foam. Had it for several years but we find it needs replacing plus it gets too warm. Any advice/pointers would be appreciated.

Thank you for your enquiry. At the body weights you have supplied we would pair you with a medium spring tension and your wife with a soft spring tension to give you both the correct level of support. This can be achieved with either a split tension one piece mattress or a zip and link set, both options are available in our Artisan range in king size and above.

The Origins Pocket Latex 1500 is the firmest in the upholstery of the Origins range all of which have a medium spring tension as standard. This would make the mattress feel a lot firm for your wife than your self. Latex is not as heat retentive as memory foam and is more responsive.
Natural fibres produce the coolest sleep surface. The Artisan Naturals is a medium in the comfort layers and can have the spring tension selected to suit. The firmest of the Artisan range is the Artisan Bespoke. This would give you your prefered feel with the correct support.
