I need help waking up with backache on Hypos Mattress

I need help!! and your beds and web site sounds good to me for advise. At the moment I am sleeping on a super king ,Hypnos pocket sprung 14000, upholstered with white fibre curled white hair layer of cotton and lambs wool. Every morning I wake with a back ache, I also wake in the night if I have been lying on my back, with a numb bum like I have been sat in a car for hours, I can not get a comfy sleep and I hate going to bed. I want to buy a double bed now but I need to get the mattress right this time can you help me .I am retired now so no need to get up for work but I am up at 7 cause I am uncomfortable please help an old lady, oh I am about 10st regards sue

I am sleeping on a super king pocket sprung 14000 upholstered with white fibre curled white hair layer of cotton and lambs wool sprung edge divan well that’s what it says on the hipnose mattress. I have never had a comfy night sleep since we had this bed but because it cost so much and my husband found this comfy we have stuck with it for the last 7 years, I now can not but up with this now retired and looking for some comfort. I wake up with back ache I am disturbed in the night when I am laid on my back and have to turn over I find the bed to be very firm, I am around the 10st mark, I have been looking for a while and have been reading up on the mattress industry which I am now baffled, but I am interested in what you could advise me on what type of mattress would suite me I now want to buy a double divan bed just for me. I did go to furniture village as suggested by a lady I spoke to from your company. I do find this difficult to decide on when lying on the bed for a few mins,the dunloppi I found to be ok ,how do you know for sure, I think I do like the mattress to be soft but that is properly because the one we have is firm.Please can you help.regards sue
