I wake up in the night boiling hot but not sweating
Hell there. The issue I have is that I wake up in the night boiling hot but not sweating. I seem to be collecting beds. I have bought a memory foam I gel bed but still have the problem. I am alergic to wool and feathers as well hence why I am finding it difficult. Please can you suggest some options.
