why is your guarantee significantly shorter than Vispring range?

Hi,
Your website makes comparisons between your Artisan range and various Vispring models. On paper, your mattresses seem to be a superior option, offering higher GSM on the top layers when compared to a similar Vispring and at a better price.
My wife and I have tried the Vispring Herald Superb in medium tension (which matches up with the bodyweight table on your website) and like it very much. Whilst the comparable Artisan model looks to be worth a try, it only comes with a 10 year guarantee, whereas the Vispring comes with a 30. Given that the craftsmanship seems similar and the materials superior, I wonder if you could explain why your guarantee is significantly shorter?

Thanks for your question.

As you are no doubt aware, the description provided in respect of Vispring mattresses is vague of the upholstery layers by way of GSM (grams per square metre), which makes it impossible for me to comment upon why they have a 30-year guarantee.

The guarantee for our Artisan range varies from the mattress to mattress with the Artisan Sublime carrying a 15-year guarantee along with the Artisan Bespoke 003.
