international shipping
Hello,
I live in France and am looking to buy a new mattress and am very impressed with your website and reviews. I couldn’t find anywhere a mention of international shipping is this something you can arrange? Also I want to put this through my business (hotelier) if I provide you with a T.V.A. (French V.A.T.) can you raise my invoice without the V.A.T.?

Hi Stuart,
We only deliver to the UK mainland, meaning that we could deliver to a port of your choice and you would have to organise onward transmission to your property in France.

In addition, if there are any issues with the product, it would be your responsibility to arrange for it to be transported back to our warehouse and the costs associated with this would need to be borne by you. These are the reasons why we do not indicate overseas delivery details on our site.
As far as the VAT issue is concerned, you would need to pay the full price at the time of ordering including the VAT, and if then after the delivery to yourself, you can provide us with documentation to prove that the products have left the UK, we can then refund the VAT you have paid back to the card you have paid with.
