What mattress is best for us
My husband and I both weight about 22 stone each and suffer from lower back pain and my husband hip pain occasionally.We have a very firm bed we were recommended by bensns and it’s terrible like sleeping on the floor and we are both suffering . What would you recommend for us ? We are both 5ft 8 tall

Thank you for your question.
We would recommend that you look at our Resilience 1 mattress. This mattress is made of foam and will give you both a medium support and comes with a separate Laygel Topper, which will then give you a soft sink into the mattress before you hit that medium support. I have attached a link to this mattress for you to read. This mattress does however need to go onto a solid base.
If you would prefer a mattress that has 100% natural fillings, I would also suggest having a look at our Artisan Range of mattresses. These mattresses have different comfort layers and we can tweak to the spring tension to suit your body weights. I would recommend a firm spring for you both which is then going to give you the correct support. If you do decide to look at this range of mattresses, it would be preferable for us to have a chat so that we can discuss how you want the comfort layers to feel. Some of these mattresses have a medium comfort layer, one has a soft comfort layer and one has a firm comfort layer.
