mattress recommendation — 5’9& 10 st and 6’2& 13 st individuals

Thank you for all of the information on this site — it is much appreciated, and I have learned a lot.
I’m looking for a new kingsize mattress, as we’ve just moved to the UK. Our last mattress was a McRoskey Classic in Firm comfort, which we loved, but it was 12 years-old, and there was no point in moving it — https://mcroskey.com/products/mcroskey-classic-tufted-beds. Since coming to the UK and staying in Airbnbs, the mattress we’ve liked best was a John Lewis Ortho Absolute 1400 superking.
44 y/o, 5’9″, 10 st, belly/front sleeper
37 y/o, 6’2″, 13 st, primarily back sleeper
I understand that based on our sizes, we’ll need medium tension, and we definitely prefer firmer upholstery. Budget is ~£900.
I’m thinking Artisan 1500, Origins Pocket Latex 1500, or Origins Pocket Reflex 1000, but I’m curious to know what you think.
