Mattress recommendation and comparison
Hi. I have recently started waking with back pain and realise it’s time to change mattress (current one is almost 10 years old)
We were in John Lewis today and saw this https://www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-natural-collection-yorkshire-wool-12000-pocket-spring-mattress-king-size/p2251230 and both my wife and me found it very comfortable, although a 2 minute lay down is hard to tell how a nights sleep will go.
Having seen your site before and been impressed with the level of advice and comment you give I thought I’d come back and see what your offerings are. Although the mattress in JL is more than we had wanted to spend, we can stretch to it if needs be (it certainly seemed better than anything in Dreams)
With not being able to try your maresses for comfort, which would you say would be most comparable to that in the link. It would need to be Kingsize. My wife and I are very different heights (6 foot 2 and 5 foot 3) but similar weights at around 14stone.

Unfortunately we offer nothing similar as we don’t construct our mattresses the same way as this John Lewis Mattress.
Our Artisan range is the closest in line to this range and has a differing level of natural fibres and materials that suit different needs dependent upon what you are actually looking for.
Our Artisan range is comparable to the Vi-Spring range that can be tested in any Furniture Village, House of Fraser, Harrods or And So To Bed Store. Our comparison models are contained within the link for Vi-Spring.
We would need to know your preferred feel and sleeping habits in order to discuss model suitability. At your body weights you are both matched with a Medium spring tension with ourselves to get the right level of support.
