Mattress Returns Costs

We believe the Origins Comfort 1000 is the right choice but with experience may find that there’s a need, within the 60 nights, to exchange for the Origins Pocket Reflex 1000.
Are there any delivery or other costs incurred by the customer for an exchange?

Hi Ray,

Thank you for your enquiry. We confirm that if you do decide that the mattress you have bought is not right for you within the 60 days “love it or return it” guarantee period, there are no additional costs payable by you for either the collection of your original product or the delivery of your replacement alternative. Exchanges take place on the same day so you are never left without a mattress to sleep on.

Notwithstanding the above, the two products you refer to, the Origins Comfort 1000 and the Origins Pocket Reflex 1000 are entirely different products in terms of their upholstery and overall feel, the Comfort providing a soft feel and the Reflex providing a firmer feel. We would question why, prior to purchase, you think you may need to consider the latter over the former? When advising upon the most suitable product for customers, we take into account body weight(s), preferred the feel and budget and we endeavour to match the customers to the product. In 96% of instances, we get this spot on, which is why we are confident to offer the 60 days guarantee detailed above.
