1. I have tried different mattress in the shop and found that I like Vispring Regal Superb firm or Savoir number 2. May I ask what are similar alternatives of Artisan mattresses?
2. Do you ship mattresses to Hong Kong?

Thank you for your question.
Firstly we do not ship any of our products to Hong Kong as we only deliver to the UK Mainland. We can, however, deliver to a Shipping Company of your choice for onward transfer to yourself. If one of our mattresses does go out of the Country, and should not be suitable for you, it would be at your own expense to have this delivered back to us.
Our Artisan Bespoke 004 has a similar feel to a Vi-Spring Regal Superb. This mattress has a medium feel in the comfort layers (those are the layers which are on top of the springs that you actually sleep on).
A firm spring tension is only recommended for body weights over 17st or about 107kg. The springs in a mattress are there to support your body weight and if you are below 107kg, you will not have any support at all.
If you require a firm mattress, you would be better looking at the Artisan Bespoke. This is the firmest mattress that we make in the comfort layers but we would need to know your body weight in order to recommend the correct spring tension for you.
