Is it safe to place a foam mattress close to a hot radiator?

Thanks for your question.
We wouldn’t advise putting a memory foam mattress close to a hot radiator. Over time the heat will damage and distort the foam, the chances of it smelling quite strongly of chemicals or plastic could occur.
As for it’s safety, we couldn’t comment though memory foam does contain over 60 chemicals, you can read more here. If you’re concerned about chemical offgassing you may prefer to look at 100% natural latex instead.
