Need a new mattress for a couple between 17 – 18 stones

At the body weights you have provided you would both require a firm spring tension for support. You have not stated what feel you prefer with a mattress (soft, medium or firm feel) but as you have stated your partner suffers with a lot of pain I would recommend looking at our medium feel models.
