Origins 1500 vs Artisan 1500 mattress
Hi, I would need single divan bed. I have few questions:
Base drawers: I will have the bed against wall, is there a base option which would have drawer/drawers on one long side only?
Origins 1500 versus Artisan 1500: it seems to me that main difference between these two is that artisan 1500 has more natural fibre, is there any other differences really?
Can I use your cheapest base option with the Artisan 1500 mattress? Or does it require the more expensive one?
Delivery times: can you give any advice when can I expect the delivery if I order the bed over the next few days? Is there difference in delivery time between the Origins/Artisan?

For the single base, yes you can have the drawers on one side, you just need to specify this in the order notes and we will ring and confirm this after you order.
The difference between the Origins 1500 and the Artisan 1500 is two-fold. Firstly the Artisan 1500 contains 53% natural fibres such as Cashmere (1200gsm) and wool (500gsm). It is a much more natural mattress in terms of its composition. It also has a much firmer feel in the top layer when compared to the Origins 1500.

We recommend bases that match the mattress, changing to a cheaper Origins platform top base is an option but would firm up the mattress. We usually advise sticking to the recommended base to get the true feel of the mattress. Our delivery times are the same as all our mattresses are handmade to order here in the UK.
