Origins pocket 1500 returns policy
If we buy this and are not happy with it what are the Returns conditions?We\’ve recently purchased a memory foam mattress and are both devastated that it\’s so uncomfortable as we cannot return it. Our backs and necks have deteriorated from having to continue using this so naturally we are very very reluctant to trust another company.

All of our products, including the outlet, are covered by our John Ryan 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee. This should not be viewed as a “try before you buy” option as we endeavour to match the product to the customer and in 96 % of cases we get this spot on, which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee.
