Origins Pocket, Origins Pocket Latex or Artisan?

Thank you for your enquiry. With your particular body weights, we would suggest that you opt for a medium spring tension, the upholstery (also known as the comfort layers) is personal preference. The Origins Pocket 1500 has a standard medium tension spring with a medium feel in the man-made upholstery providing an overall medium feel and is double-sided. This is the best selling product in our Origins range. The Origins Pocket Latex 1500, still has the standard medium spring with man-made upholstery accompanying the latex layers, however, the latex can make this feel firmer than the Pocket 1500 and is only one-sided.

The Artisan 1500, on the other hand, has a mix of natural and synthetic upholstery, with the natural upholstery attracting a higher price than the fully man-made products. The spring tension in this mattress can be selected as soft, medium or firm to suit.  This mattress is classed as a medium but would be firmer than the Origins Pocket 1500 but not as firm as the Origins Pocket Latex 1500.  Natural fibres provide a cool sleep surface.

With proper care and consideration, we would expect all these mattresses to last longer than their manufacturer’s warranty periods.
