Pin holes in my latex mattress topper?

i have a latex topper ( comfort top ) to place on top of my lattex mattress but was quizzed to see that the new topper only has holes on one side for the majority of it. There are a few areas that show them going all the way through, around the edges. This topper is to replace the one that originally came with the latex bed, but I found it too soft. ( it has “patched up areas on it as well which I’m not happy with, glued on areas where they have forgotten to place pins and around these areas it appeared to to tearing slightly) the company gave me this other topper, so my question is this, should the new latex topper have pin holes all the way through like the first one. It’s very very firm ! Thanks

Hi Kym,

As I am not aware of the make or manufacturer of your topper, it is impossible for me to have an opinion upon their product.

I would suggest that you ask for detailed clarification, in writing from the retailer/manufacturer to satisfy your qualms.
