Product guarantee
Hi could you please confirm the product guarantee period for the Artisan naturals is still ten years.
You have recently made slight updates to your website and the product guarantee periods are no longer there. It now states product guarantee length is stated at the bottom of each product listing but dosen’t give a timescale.

Hi Stewart,
The manufacturer’s warranty on the Artisan Naturals remains at 10 years and we are currently looking to update the site further to disclose the warranty periods for all products.
