At your body weight we would match you with a Medium spring tension to get the right level of support;
 

Bodyweight	Spring tension
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg	Medium (1.4mm)
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards	Firm (1.6mm)
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call)	Soft (1.2mm)

 
Given that you advise heat issues during sleep we would recommend you look at our Artisan range of mattresses. These are traditional pocket sprung mattresses constructed with natural fillings and those fillings are what provide a cool sleep surface.
 
We’d advise that you avoid anything too firm in the top layers so as not to make those pains worse. As such, we’d be recommending something more medium or soft in those top layers. 
 
Have a look at our Artisan Naturals or our Artisan Luxury. The Naturals is a true medium feeling model in the top layer providing a slight sink but not too much. The Artisan Luxury is our softest mattress in the top layers providing that luxurious sink in sensation.
