Looking at 1500 pocket medium, having trouble with back if the matterss is not right and if I keep the cover on would I be able to change it for a softer mattress.

Thank you for your enquiry on our website. Our Guarantee is that if you do not find the bed suitable for whatever reason then you can return or exchange within 60 days of receiving it.
Our Origins Pocket 1500 is a medium in the comfort layers and a medium spring tension.
I would need your body weight and height to say this mattress is definitely suitable for yourself but is a good all-rounder and is one of our best sellers.

Please don’t feel the need to leave the cover on though! Sleeping on the plastic would not give you a true indication of the comfort and would make for an uncomfortable sleep, although a mattress protector would be ideal.
