All the mattresses that are returned under our 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee are cleaned, re-bagged and graded for sale within our outlet site. All our orders for new products are processed upon receipt and these new products are made to order. Aside from the outlet stock, we do not hold any other stock and all new orders are processed and placed with the factories on a weekly basis with a lead time of around three to four weeks from order to delivery.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we sell and would never sell an outlet product as new. If you would like to call our office on 0161 437 4419 with your specific requirements, we will endeavour to guide you to the most appropriate product for you.
