TAKE OUR MATTRESS QUIZ

Right mattress choice

Hollie Joseph asked
18th April 2017

Hello,
I am a 5’9 female, weighing 62kg and I am stuck! I am looking for a mattress that is medium firmness because I’ve read that this is what someone of my build should be using. I wanted a pillow top, as I’m a real snuggler but I’ve read that these are not advised. My budget is around £1000 but I can go further if I need to. Please help.

Hi Hollie,

Thank you for your enquiry.

You are correct in your assertion that a medium spring tension/feel mattress is most appropriate for your body weight. Making an assumption that you are looking for a double sized mattress, there are a couple of products which may suit.

Please view the Origins Comfort 1000, which has a standard medium tension spring unit together with layers of soft man made upholstery giving that sumptuous feel. This mattress comes with a 2 year guarantee, although with proper care and consideration, we would expect it to last longer.

Alternatively, if you would prefer natural upholstery, please view the Artisan Luxury, which can have the spring tension selected to suit and has layers of soft natural fibres providing that wrap around feel. This mattress is slightly over you budget but comes with a 10 year warranty and again we would expect it to last longer with proper care and consideration.

All our products are covered by our 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee and we endeavour to match the customer to the product with a 96% success rate, which is why we are confident to offer this guarantee. We trust that the above helps, but if you require any further advice or guidance, please call our office on 0161 437 4419 and speak with one of our advisors.

Kind regards.
