When is your sale?
We were interested in your Artisan Bespoke mattress but have noticed that retailers are now discounting the Vispring Herald Superb to a very similar price e.g. just an extra £169 for Vispring Herald Superb Double. The Vispring brand obviously makes that a more attractive proposition. So just wondering if you are also having a January sale also please?

Thank you for your enquiry.
Vi-Spring are a reputable manufacturer of mattresses in the UK and their products are sold through a number of high street retailers. We, on the other hand, make mattresses of similar quality, at prices lower than Vi-Spring because we are internet based only and do not have the same overheads as they have. Our prices remain static throughout the year and represent excellent value for money, we never have a sale.
We do, however, have an outlet section, which contains products which have been returned to us under our 60 day “love it or return it” guarantee. These are cleaned, re-bagged and then graded according to their condition. The grades provide for varying discounts off the standard retail price from 10 to 50% dependent upon the grade. There are currently a number of Artisan Bespoke mattresses in the outlet.
