Sealy mattress equivalent

Daniel O'Sullivan asked 11th June 2018

Hello. We were in a bed showroom yesterday and although I had the Sealy Nostromo in mind before we went in, I found it functional and firm. We ended up both preferring the Sealy Ultima as it felt like a nice going on holiday mattress. Would you say your Hybrid 2 is an equivalent? I’m nearly 18 stone, my wife is 11 stone and we both prefer sleeping on our sides

Good Afternoon Daniel,
Thanks for your question.
We have no direct comparison with the Sealy range as most retailers don’t disclose how they construct.
At your body weights and with your sleeping pattern and preferred feel I would advise to look at the Hybrid 5. This model is the firmer of the 2 within this range and will give pressure relief as most foams do. It will feel firmer for your wife at her body weight and medium to soft for you at your body weight.
The Hybrid 5 has an additional detachable Coolblue topper that you will sink into before hitting the core foam mattress. You will have a similar sink sensation to memory foam with this mattress but our foams do not rely on heat retention in order to adapt to your body movements making it a much cooler option.
I hope this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further queries please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0161 437 4419.
Kind Regards, Lee.
