Hi Julie,

I am sorry to hear that you have aches and pains as a result of your mattress, however, I would confirm that for your body weight you ought not to have been sold such a mattress.

For people of slight body weights the ideal tension of a mattress should be soft and so it does not surprise me that you are experiencing the issues you describe.

I don’t know whether you were asked your body weight at the time of purchase, but this, together with your preferred feel are a major factors to be considered by anyone advising which is the most suitable mattress.

As I am unaware of your budget, I would suggest that you look at our Origins Comfort 1000 or the Artisan Naturals in a soft spring tension.
