Soft/medium split tension spring mattress.
I think we’re pretty much decided on a king size Artisan Luxury. I’m 13/14st and my wife is 7st so I think we’d need a soft+medium mattress. My question is whether if I was to lay diagonally across the bed, or if one of us were to lay more in the centre of the bed, we’d be able to feel the change from one region to the other? Thanks.

You are quite correct in thinking that at your body weights a soft/medium split tension mattress would offer you both the best support level.

The pocket springs are all the same height so you don’t feel a ridge in the mattress when laying across it or diagonally, but you would feel a difference in the resistance.
