Suggestion on Artisan Range

My wife and I are looking for a new mattress and we came across your website. We were impressed with the range of mattress. Especially the Artisan range looks very impressive and comfortable for a good night sleep. Our current mattress is giving us a lot of back and should ache. I am not quite sure to choose among Artisan Natural, Bespoke 004 and Luxury mattress. I know the layers are different in each of them and also the costs to go with. Is there anything particular mattress among these there I should consider to buy? Is there any body temperature regulation in those models?
My wife is around 9st and I am around 12st. We were planning to go for a firm mattress but the information on your website suggests for medium firmness. We kind of liked the feel of iGel mattress at Bensons. Based on that could you suggest us one of your Artisan?

Thanks for your question.
Every pocket sprung mattress has 2 elements to it; You have the spring where tension is determined by body weight alone. You then have the fillings that sit atop the springs that you’re in direct contact with providing you the “comfort layer“.
At your body weight you would be matched with a Medium spring tension. Your wife is borderline between Soft and Medium so if she prefers a bit more give choose the Soft but if she prefers a bit more support then choose the Medium.

The Artisan range of mattresses are pocket sprung mattresses with natural fillings and this in turn provides a cool sleep surface; Ideal for anyone who has heat issues during sleep.
The Naturals and the Bespoke 004 have a near identical feel in the top layers – The only difference is that the Bespoke 004 has a full 100% natural fillings whereas the Naturals has 85%. Both are true medium feeling models in the top layers providing a slight sink but not too much.
The Luxury is the softest mattress that we retail in the top layers giving that luxurious sink in sensation with a full 100% natural fillings.
Your current mattress sounds like it’s giving you pressure point pains, which means that it’s just too much on the firm side. You should feel a big difference in any of the models you’re looking at with ourselves.
