With your daughter’s current body weight, we would suggest a soft spring tension, however, in order to accommodate any increase in weight as she gets older, it may be prudent to go for a medium tension and in the short term, if this feels too firm, apply a topper to get the right comfort level.

Without knowledge of your budget, it is difficult to recommend a product from our ranges. Having said that, please view the Origins Comfort 1000 which has softer upholstery layers or the  Origins Pocket 1500 and the Artisan Naturals, which both have more of a medium comfort layer.  The Origins contains synthetic upholstery and has a standard spring unit providing an overall medium feel, whereas the Naturals has natural upholstery and can have the spring tension selected as soft, medium or firm dependent upon requirement.
