Super King Size Zip & Link Bespoke 002
I spoke to Julie today who is kindly sending some material samples. I forgot to ask 2 further things:-
1) Can we have zips on both side of the mattress? I note JLP do as standard and Vispring as an extra.
2) The divans – for super kingsize can these be across join or only lengthwise?
3) Do you use more than 1 manufacturer for the item we are considering? Who is / are the manufacturer / s of the item we are considering?

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your questions. The zips on our zip and link mattresses are only on the inside edges of each piece. Only the upper zips need to be used when joining the mattresses. If they are made with a split tension ie. one side soft and one side medium, and you wish to retain the same side when sleeping, the mattresses can only be flipped from north to south. This maintenance will still prolong the life of the mattress and allow for a more even distribution of the settlement of the upholstery layers.
All of our Artisan products are made to our specification at a factory in Yorkshire and are only sold under the John Ryan Label. You cannot buy one of our products from any outlet other than our site. The super king size bases we make are split from head to toe.
