Supersoft mattress required
Hi John I wonder if you could recommend a mattress for me – I’m a 50 yr old female, 5’6 and weigh 7stone. I want something I sink into ie supersoft. My partner and I have had a lot of trouble finding a soft mattress over the past few years. We’ve gone for soft memory foam and I’ve found them so hard and uncomfortable I’ve even put an extra memory foam topper on which helps a bit. My partner prefers a firmer mattress to me but even he finds the ‘soft’ memory foam a bit hard. We would like to buy a 3′ mattress each Can you recommend one for me which is cool, very soft and good quality and won’t make my hips sore!

Thank you for your question.
For your slight body weight I would suggest our Origins Comfort 1000 mattress, which is a soft mattress with pocket springs for support but you would also need to add a thick mattress topper aswell to give you that extra soft comfort. This mattress contains synthetic upholstery layers with a 1 inch foam insulator and does not contain memory foam.
In our Artisan Range, the only really soft mattress that we make is the Artisan Luxury which has 100% natural fillings and we can make this mattress with a soft spring tension for support but again you may need to add a mattress topper to also give you that extra soft comfort that you require.
