try before buying

Thank you for your question.  We only sell our own designed mattresses online and don’t use any retailers or showroom for our products.  This would hyperinflate the cost and make us far more expensive than we need to be.

Our love it or return it guarantee means that if you don’t love your new mattress you can either opt for a no fuss refund or a one time exchange for another model or tension if it needs tweaking. 96% of our customers keep the first model they purchase.  Using our advice service over the phone or email is a perfect way to refine your search and find something really suitable.   This is much better than the common route of buying a mattress which involves A) set budget and B) pick one and see, which a number of mattress purchases are based on.

We provide comparative models to some of our range so if you do want to go an try one in a store that is similar then you can do so.  We find that the whole process of lying on mattresses for 10 mins only gives you part of the answer and ideally you need to know your weight, the spring gauge and GSM of the mattress and prefered feel.  This takes a lot more than lying on a show mattress for 30 seconds ( and you don’t know how many other people have done this before you which softens the mattress) and where our expert team can help.
